How to lose weigh fat/bully-fat
Note**
- English is not my first language, therefore i might make some grammatical/vocabulary mistakes. Please apology.
- All technique is based on my experiences.
1. Drink much of water
Water is very essential in daily life. We can't live without water indeed. Water also plays a very vital role in losing weight. If you want to lose weight, then you may consider water as your first priority. Some people may ask questions like "How much water per glass/ per liters do i need to drink per day?, When do i have to drink water?". There is no exact answer for those sort of questions. Drink less is not good for your body. Drink plenty of water after you finish your breakfast, launch and dinner. You should drink water every hour especially when you are working or studying.
2. Exercise
There are two types of exercise:
- Cardiovascular (running, jogging, walking,...)
- Work-out (Dumbbell Bench Press, Crunch, Leg Press,...)
Both types of exercises are really good for your body as well as lose weight purpose. For me, i do both types of exercise. I do Cardio for warm up my body first, then i do work out activities. Work out is likely to give more effective result than cardio because it burns more calories.
3. Check before you eat/drink
4. Don't skip meal
5. Eat regularly
6. Relax, No Stress/pressure
7. Sleep Well
